Surrender

God, I surrender my life to You. You can have it all—every thought, action, behavior, and desire. I want You to be glorified through me. So here I am, Lord. Take me, use me, send me, change me, clean me, transform me, love me—and love others through me. Take all that I am, and use it for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Glory of the Lord

God, thank You for filling Your world with the knowledge of Your glory. Your fingerprints are everywhere! Your design is obvious, if we'll have the eyes to see. Help us to be awake enough to notice Your work in the world—not only in nature, but in Your people. We can't help but worship You for being the amazing Creator and Savior You are! Amen.

Faith in God's plan

God, even when my circumstances are challenging—I know You are good. When everything seems to be going wrong, I trust that You are working everything for good. I have faith in Your plans and Your love for me. Thank You for being the One I can count on. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Praise

God, thank You for sending Your Son to selflessly take on the weight of my mistakes. Because of His sacrifice, I can experience Your heavenly peace on earth. This week, remind me of what Jesus accomplished on the cross and the eternal life-change I can experience because of His resurrection. Allow me to glorify You with every breath I take. A Light to the World

Jesus, thank You for being the greatest light of all—one that expels the deepest darkness. Thank You for allowing us to represent You on earth, and for giving us the Holy Spirit to help us live a life that honors You. Each day, help us to be a light in the darkness so that others might see you. Amen.

God's guidance

God, I know that in this world I will have many troubles—but I also know You are with me. I’m grateful that I can trust You to guide and protect me as I go through hard circumstances. Please give me peace during challenges, and allow me to rest with the promises You’ve made. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Faithful obedience

Jesus, thank You that sharing the gospel is not all up to me. You are the one who brings growth, who changes hearts, who saves. Help me to take a simple step today—to plant a seed, speak with kindness, or show Your love in some small way. Give me faith to trust You with what happens next, And remind me I’m part of something so much bigger than myself. Amen.

Requests to God

Father God, here I am—coming before you with both humility and confidence. You know the hopes and dreams I have for the future. You know the problems I am currently facing, and the struggles I’ve already overcome. You are with me, and You are for me. Please align my will with Yours as I bring my requests to You today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Salvation

God, thank You for Your amazing gift of salvation, which covers my past, present, and future sins! It is so undeserved—a truly beautiful gift of grace. Let me not take Your gift lightly, but fill me with boldness to share it with those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Finding joy

God, thank You for the sustaining peace and security that comes from knowing You. Sometimes life is hard and all I see is darkness and death. But You are there with an enduring promise and plan. Satisfy my soul and give me rest. I know You are faithful and have already won the battle through Your death and resurrection. Thank You, Father!

Trust

God, I believe in You. No matter what comes my way, I believe You have overcome the world. Even though trouble is ever-present, You are my constant source of peace. You surround me and protect me. Nothing is too difficult for You to accomplish. I will praise You because You are the One in whom I trust—You are in control. Amen.

Hope in grief

God, thank You for Your promise to turn my grief into joy. In times of sorrow and uncertainty, help me trust in Your faithfulness and cling to Your hope. Strengthen my heart to wait on You, knowing joy is coming because of Jesus and the empty tomb. Thank You for Your love. Amen.

No greater love

Jesus, please teach me how to be kind and selfless. Help me to show how much I love You by loving others the way You’ve asked me to. Remove bitterness, pettiness, and selfishness from me. Root my life in Your love so that only loving actions become the fruit of my life. Amen.

Bread of Life

God, thank You for Jesus, the living bread who satisfies my deepest hunger. Teach me to seek what endures—Your forgiveness, love, and eternal life. Help me to trust in Your provision and come to Your table with a heart open to Your grace. Fill me with Your life today. Amen.

Fruitfulness in the Kingdom

God, thank You for inviting me into Your kingdom. Help me to live a life that bears fruit so I can honor You. Forgive me for the times I fall short, and guide me to embrace the challenge of producing fruit for Your glory. Thank You for Your grace. Amen.

Cleansed heart

God, thank You for removing every barrier between us through Jesus. Cleanse my heart of anything that hinders my worship or draws me away from You. Help me to approach You with gratitude and trust, knowing Your presence is open to me. Make my life a house of prayer. Amen.

Embracing mercy

God, thank You for Your tender mercy that longs to bring me close. Help me to trust Your love and receive the grace You freely give. Forgive me for rejecting Your care, and teach me to rest in Your embrace. May Your mercy transform my heart to reflect Your compassion. Amen.

King of Peace

God, thank You for sending Jesus, our humble King, who brings peace and reconciliation. Transform my heart to reflect His gentle love and grace, even toward my enemies. Help me trust You and surrender my desires for control. May Your peace rule in me and through me. Amen.

Be free

God, thank You for setting me free! Today, please show me how to serve others humbly with love. I appreciate the freedom You gave me—the freedom You bought for me. Please help me to embrace Your freedom by living with intentionality, and serving others joyously. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Strength

God, thank You for providing me with strength in every situation. Despite my efforts, I can do nothing on my own. Sometimes I let stress get the best of me and forget that You are in control. Fill me with Your strength and guide me one day at a time through this season. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God, use me

God, send more people into the harvest! Use me to make Your name known. Give me courage to have conversations with others as I share about You and Your Son and the way you have changed my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The way to live

God, please help me to love people the way that You love me. Replace any pride, bitterness, selfishness, or critical self-righteousness with love, joy, peace, patience, and kindness. Teach me how to treat others with gentleness and respect, so that way I can build up Your global Church, and not tear it down. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Victory

God, there is nothing that You won’t prevail in. You will have victory over those who deny and unfairly accuse You. Thank You for giving me the gift of Your grace and love. While I wait for Your victory to be completely realized, please give me hope when my faith falters or when I am unfairly accused. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Salvation

Jesus, we know that You are the only way to eternal life. Salvation is possible only because of Your grace, mercy, and love for us. Help me be bold to share Your love with others, the way Your love was shared with me! Amen.

Rest

God, I don’t want to go anywhere in this life unless You go with me! Thank you for being present with me. Please help me trust in Your sufficiency. Remind me of Your promise that You will make a way for me to rest. Amen.

In the beginning

God, thank You for being the creator of all things. You hold the entire world in Your hands and still care for me. I have hope for today, knowing that You designed me on purpose for a purpose. Let me reflect Your power to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God's glory

God, whatever I do, please help me to do it for Your glory. When I’m talking to other people—let it be for Your glory. When I’m working—let it be for Your glory. When I’m spending time with family and friends—let it be for Your glory. In all that I say and do, let me do it for You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love others

Jesus, thank You for loving me regardless of the mistakes I’ve made. Because You love me, I want to love others—even when they hurt me. In moments where I find it hard to love someone, please encourage me and strengthen me. Fill me with compassion, and teach me how to love them like You love them. Amen.

Praise the Lord

God, thank You for showing me Your mercy and faithfulness. You are my healer, restorer, rescuer, conqueror, and provider. You give me Your strength, joy, peace, and love. No one compares to You. You are my God, and You are worthy of all my praise! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
