Trust in God

God, You are my source of strength and hope. You form the foundation of my life, and You overwhelm my fears with Your love. So I will place my hope in You, and You alone. You are worthy of my worship and my trust. Even when everything around me seems to crumble, I won't be afraid—my future is secure in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Patience in trouble

God, I am grateful for all the plans You've made for my life. Because You are in control, and constantly working, I can place my hope in You—even when I face trouble. Help me to have honest conversations with You when my future feels unclear. I know that You are trustworthy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for your enemies

God, it can be difficult to love those who have mistreated me, but I know that You love them—so I want to love them too. Help me to pray for those I'm too hurt to be around. Give me the courage to be kind to those who have not been kind to me. And provide me with the strength I need to forgive them. You are the Judge—not me—so I will leave it in Your hands. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Rest

God, I can sleep peacefully because I know that You love me and care about my future. So right now, I surrender my concerns to You. Give me peace-filled rest, so I can rise joyfully and do all that You've called me to do. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God's workmanship

God, thank You for carefully creating me. I was not a mistake—I am a creation You thoughtfully designed. Thank You! Today, please help me to see myself the way that You see me. Show me how I can take part in the plans You are preparing me for. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Surrender

God, help me. You know the details of every good and hard thing in my life. I submit them all to You. Help me to stand firm in Your promises, and give me the strength to resist the enemy's schemes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
