Draw close to me

God, You are always near, but today I am inviting You to get as close as possible. Here are my burdens—please take them. I am tired of pretending that I can carry them by myself. Remove my fears and worries, and replace any heaviness in my life with Your relentless love. Thank You for already knowing my heart and needs before I do. I trust You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Glory will be shown

God, I know that I will face troubles in this world, but You are still in control. In all circumstances, help me to remember Your promises. Remind me of the future glory that's coming, and the beautiful eternity I will spend with You. Thank You for being with me on the challenging days. Today, please give me the courage and strength I need to stand firm in my faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

A true heart

God, You desire a world that is marked by righteousness and justice. Help me to be a part of shaping that world by living a life that's pleasing to You. Give me opportunities to make a difference—to care for those who are hurting and reflect Your loving character. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Seek God first

God, I want to seek You and Your kingdom first every day. Please forgive me for the times I've neglected Your presence and provision. Thank You for never giving up on me. I want You to be a part of every thought I have, every word I say, and every decision I make. My life is Yours. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Our good Father

God, thank You for being a good Father. I am so grateful I can always rely on You. You give me gifts I don’t even realize I should be asking You for. You bless me abundantly, and shower me with mercy and love. Thank You for having compassion on me. Thank You for calling me Your child. I am so grateful to call You my Father! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Transform my heart

God, I confess that I have not always been the person You’ve created me to be. There are times when I fail to love You with my whole heart, mind, and soul. I don't always love my neighbors as You love them. Please forgive me, God. Transform my heart and renew my mind so that I can draw closer to You, and point others to the redemption You offer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
