God sent the Holy Spirit

But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

God, thank You for not leaving me to figure out the details of my life alone. Your Spirit guides me so that I can know Your teachings. You want me to make thoughtful choices, and Your Spirit enables me to act wisely. Please help me to discern Your voice from others that may distract me from Your calling. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
