Thank you Lord

I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart;I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.

God, sometimes my circumstances are challenging—but I know there are so many things to be grateful for. I’m thankful that You’ve given me life and an opportunity to have a relationship with You. Thank You for always caring for me—even in life’s hardest moments. I love you, Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray for your spiritual leaders

‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:12‭-‬13‬ ‭NLT‬

Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual guidance. Show them great respect and wholehearted love because of their work. And live peacefully with each other.

God, thank You for blessing us with pastors and spiritual leaders. Give me an opportunity to show them my appreciation. Please strengthen and guide them as they lead others. Protect their families, guard their hearts, and focus their minds on You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Taste and see

‭Psalms‬ ‭34:8‬ ‭NLT‬

Taste and see that the Lord is good.Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him!

Father God,

In this moment, help me to taste and see Your goodness, fill my soul with the joy of Your presence. Let Your goodness surround me as I seek to take refuge in You alone. Thank you, Lord, for Your unwavering love and grace. I am in awe of the opportunity to know and experience Your goodness each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God is enough

By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. 

God, thank You for giving me everything I need to live a godly life. Because of Your Spirit within me, I can have victory over every addiction, fear, or sin that tries to hold me back. Thank You for being enough for me. I am so grateful that I get to know You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God's faithfulness

‭Lamentations‬ ‭3:22‭-‬23‬ ‭NLT‬

The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.

God, when the troubles of my heart are many—You are still faithful. When I am tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, or grieving—Your love still covers me. Thank You for showing me kindness and mercy every day. Your mercies never cease, and Your steadfast love endures forever. Great is Your faithfulness! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God's Instruction

The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.

God, please instruct and teach me as I seek to live a life that honors You. I ask that You will guide me into my calling, and lovingly correct my mistakes. Thank You for being the One I can always confide in, and for loving me as I am. You are a good God, and I am grateful for You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
