Seek God's help first

God, I am so thankful You already know everything I’m going through. Today, I want to run to You first before anything else. You alone are my source of strength, my rock, my safe place. So here I am—asking for Your help. Please rescue me. Please help me to love and protect others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
