In His Kindness

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.

God, I am so grateful that even when I go through hard situations, I still have a reason to rejoice because You redeem my suffering. Today, please help me to remember that. Help me to look for the ways You are at work in my life, and to give You the honor and praise You deserve. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
