Spiritual breakthrough

Jesus, thank You for sending Your Spirit to be with us at all times. Because You are with me today, I know I can have freedom in every area of my life. Holy Spirit, help me to break loose from anything holding me back. Only You can define who I am, and—because of You—I'm no longer restricted by the painful things in my life. Thank You for the freedom that is found in You! Amen.

Live like Jesus

Jesus, thank You for modeling how to live a God-honoring life. I know I mess up sometimes, but I trust that—with Your guidance—I can learn to become more like You. I believe in you, Jesus. Help me to live what I speak, and to follow Your example. Amen.

Love each other

God, You have modeled what great love looks like. Help me to live and love like You! Thank You for sending Your Holy Spirit to help me live this out. I want to prioritize others, serve the people around me, and share the love of Jesus with those who need it most. Amen.

Justice and mercy

God, please show me how to love You and Your people. Align my heart with Your will, and help me to make decisions that bring You glory and honor. Help me to see myself accurately so that I can love others fully. Show me how to show justice and mercy to those who need it—because those are actions that delight You and show that I am Your child. Loving others

God, sometimes it’s hard to love certain people in my life. But even when they've been unkind, or have hurt someone I love, I want to choose to love them—because You love them. Even when it’s challenging, give me the strength to model Your grace, forgiveness, and love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Step out in faith

God, I am so grateful that I get to be a part of Your great story. Thank You for having a plan and a purpose for my life. Help me not to shrink back in fear, but to step out in faith and do what You’ve called me to do. Remind me each day that I am enough for You, and You are enough for me. Thank You for always looking out for me! And for leading me every step of the way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God's presence

God, You know me. You know what I'm facing, and what I’ve already overcome. Please draw near to me right now. Remind me that You are near. Show me glimpses of Your faithfulness in this season. Restore my hope and my joy, and teach me how to fully place my trust in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love like God loves

God, You are the model of love. Help me to show love to others as You've shown it to me. Let my actions prove that I love and trust You, and that I care about the people You created. Fill me with Your Spirit as I seek to glorify You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Wisdom

God, You are more than willing to share Your never-ending wisdom with me. Thank you! I want to honor You with everything I am, and everything I do. Please make me eager to listen to and discern Your voice. Give me a craving for Your ways and a desire to obey You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

While I wait

God, I often want immediate solutions for my problems. It can be so hard to wait, but I know that Your timing and Your ways are perfect. As I wait for You, help me to learn from the current situation I’m in—focusing on the blessings I currently have, and praising You for all the things You’re still going to do. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pursuing righteousness

God, when I feel weak, remind me that You are strong. And when I feel like giving up, give me the strength to persevere. Show me what it means to pursue righteousness—no matter the cost. I want every aspect of my life to glorify You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Peacemakers

God, please help me to live at peace with others. Even when people hated, mocked, and even unjustly condemned You—You still showed them love, mercy, and forgiveness. And You invite us to experience and share Your perfect peace. Make me eager to spread peace instead of fear, and love instead of hate. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

A pure heart

God, I want my heart to be a reflection of your character—pure! Please reveal the areas of my life and heart that are not in line with Your Word. Help me to let go of the bitterness, disappointment, and hurt I'm currently holding onto. I surrender my whole heart to You—please transform me from the inside out. I want to see You up close! A merciful heart

God, Your nature is to offer mercy. When people meet me, I want them to know that You live inside of me. Give me opportunities to demonstrate Your mercy to those around me. As my faith grows, please give me a deeper ability to offer mercy to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Hunger and thirst

God, You put the thirst and hunger for righteousness in my heart, and You alone can satisfy it. Please help me to hold onto the hope that You offer, and to show Your love to everyone. Give me the patience to endure an imperfect world as I wait for You to come back and make all things right. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Be humble

God, thank You for welcoming me into Your kingdom. Thank You for accepting me, even though I don't have it all together. I'm reminded that Your power is sufficient for all my needs, so help me to lean on Your strength today. Please help me walk gently and humbly with those I encounter. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Comfort in times of grief

God, You see those who mourn, and You promise to comfort them. Please bring healing to our hearts when we grieve. Give hope to those feeling hopeless, and strength to anyone feeling overwhelmed. Show us how close You are in the midst of our mourning. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Help me Lord

God, help me. Here I am—I need You. I have nothing without You. You are the giver of every good and perfect gift, and You are all I need. Please restore my hope and joy, and draw me closer to You. Make me aware of how You are at work in my life, and teach me how to rejoice in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Peace and rest

God, there are real hardships in my life that I'm trying to surrender to You. Please help me. I want to remember that You are always good, sovereign, and in control. Once again, I’m trusting in Your provision, protection, and plans. Because I know You care about every need and desire I have, I can rest. Give me peace as I recall that You are worthy of my trust. My weaknesses

God, thank You for giving me Yourself. Thank You for empowering me to face whatever comes my way. Help me to remember that, even when I’m weak, You are still strong. And You can take the hardest of situations and turn them around—for Your glory and my good. Please help me to glorify You with all that I am. Let my weaknesses become windows that Your glory can shine through. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Seek justice

God, thank You for loving justice and righteousness. I want to be more like You! You've established a way that is right and good. You don’t just acknowledge justice, You seek it out. You bring justice because You are just. Help me to love what's right as much as You do, and to pursue justice in my everyday life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Remove what I don't need

God, You know everything about me. You know the areas of my life that have potential, but are being held back by broken patterns, sinful habits, and unhealthy relationships. Please bring healing to my life by cutting away anything that's cluttering or destroying my heart and mind. Transform me so that I continue to bear healthy fruit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God's Knowledge

God, when I think about who You are and all that You’ve done, it overwhelms me. I am filled with awe and wonder at how powerful yet merciful You are. Deepen my knowledge of Your love and faithfulness. Fill me with wisdom that only comes from knowing You. Be the foundation of my life—so that my life is a reflection of Your heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Generosity

God, thank You for all the blessings You've given me. I want to live a life that honors You, and be generous with what I have. Guide me to opportunities where I can fulfill others’ needs with my time, my energy, and my finances. Help me to serve those around me with a generous heart—a heart that reflects Your character. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

A changed perspective

Jesus, I want to be more like You. You've shown me what true humility should look like. You've modeled kindness, grace, and genuine love. Please help me to have the same attitude toward others as You have toward me. Teach me to love people unconditionally and sacrificially—for Your glory, and their good. Amen.

God's guidance

God, thank You for refreshing my soul. Thank You for being my Shepherd—for leading me along the right paths. Please guide every aspect of my life. Help me to navigate my relationships, my calling, and my choices. Help me to live a life that’s honoring to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Filled with boldness

God, fill me with Your Spirit—so that I can know You well, and share You with others. I don't want to live this life without You. I need Your strength, Your wisdom, Your guidance, and Your peace. I submit to Your good plan! In Jesus' name, Amen.

A Spirit-filled life

Father God, You are faithful! Nothing is impossible for You—because all authority is Yours. Thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus, and for empowering me with this authority through Your Holy Spirit. Please teach me how to walk in Your boldness. Help me to notice opportunities to share the Good News of the Gospel with others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If you don't, who will?

God, thank You for revealing Yourself through the stories and voices of others. Give me courage to speak honestly about who You are and what You’ve done for me. I want others to discover how good You are. Guide me with Your love to share the Good News. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Safe in the Lord

God, I'm not sure what the future holds, but I know You hold the future. I'm trusting that You have a plan and purpose for my life, and for the people I love. Thank You for guiding and protecting me—even when I can't see the big picture. I'm choosing faith over fear. I want to trust You more than any other thing or person in this world. Live by the Spirit

Lord, teach me what it means to walk by Your Spirit, and not by my own confidence. Help me to trust that You are already working in the lives of people, and my job is simply to stay faithful. Where fear has held me back, please replace it with courage. Where I've relied on my own effort, teach me to rely solely on You. Amen.

Thanks for God's Grace

God, I'm in awe of Your love for me. Thank You for the generous gift of Your grace, and for allowing me to have a relationship with You—despite everything I've done. Please remind me that I don’t have to perform to earn Your favor. I am worthy because of who You are, and who You've created me to be. Give me the courage to tell others about You! Be like Jesus

Jesus, make me more like You. Please get rid of any behaviors or thought patterns that don’t reflect Your character or heart for people. Make me bold, brave, and courageous—but keep me humble, kind, and gentle. Let the way I live reflect Your hope and love. And when the opportunity arises, help me to share my faith with genuine joy. Amen.

Spirit and truth

God, fill me with Your Spirit and guide me into truth. Forgive me when I fight against Your wisdom and go my own way. I want to trust You fully! Guide me into the freedom and joy that comes from following You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Undeserved mercy and grace

God, Thank You for sending Your Son to take on the weight of our mistakes. You demonstrated the ultimate act of love by caring for us while we were still sinners—by taking our place on the cross. Thank You for Your undeserved mercy and grace! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The spirit to speak

Holy Spirit, I want to be a vessel for Your voice. Give me the courage to speak, and fill my words with grace and truth. Help me trust that You will speak through me—because You are always with me. Amen.

God is my salvation

God, You are my strength and my song! You are trustworthy, and Your promises to me are secure. I have nothing to fear because You are with me. You protect me, strengthen me, guide me, and go before me. Thank You for saving me—for giving me new life! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Your community matters

God, I want to be more like You. Please bring people into my life that will draw me closer to You and surround me with Your wisdom. Give me the courage to step away from relationships that aren't honoring You. I know that You created me, and know how life works best. I trust You and I'm looking to You! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God alone is worth following

Jesus, I believe that You are the true Savior of the world. You died an innocent death—in my place, for my sins—and our Heavenly Father raised You from the dead. You are the Lord of all lords and the King of all kings, and I surrender my life to You. You alone can save me, and You alone are worth following. So please take my life, and give me Yours. Thank You for never giving up on me. Amen!

Good News for everyone

Jesus, I want to share the gospel with the people around me. Help me to be an example of Your love to a world who doesn’t know You. Guide me to those who need to experience Your goodness, and draw others closer to You through my actions and words. Amen.

God's guidance

God, thank You for caring for me so deeply. For always being near and offering me intimate, personalized guidance. May I seek it and You today.

Sent by God

Jesus, thank You for calling me by name and sending me in Your name. I want to confidently follow You, but sometimes I struggle to see myself the way You see me. When I get overwhelmed by my insecurities, remind me that I belong to You. Fill me with Your peace so that I joyfully, and boldly, go wherever You send me. Amen.

God makes things grow

God, place a specific person—someone who needs You—in my path this week. Fill me with boldness and grace to share Your mighty name. Use me to plant a seed, and I trust You with the growth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Call on the Lord

God, thank You for hearing me when I call to You. Help me to trust in Your promised rescue, and share it with others. Fill me with courage, love, and the right words at the right time, so I can lead others to find hope in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Repent and turn to God

Jesus, thank You for giving me the gift of Your Holy Spirit! There are many things I can't do on my own, but You've sent Your Spirit to lead me and to help me. Holy Spirit, please empower me to be bold today. Give me eyes to see opportunities to share the Gospel, and the courage to do it well. I am so grateful for You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Light in the darkness

Jesus, You are the light of the world. Help me to view my struggles, my sin, and my various situations through the lens of Your light. You are pushing back the darkness, and I want to be a part of it. Thank You for sharing Your light with me so that I can share it with others. I'm grateful that I don't have to fear the darkness—because You are with me. Amen.

The harvest is great

God, thank You for revealing Your plan of salvation to me! Help me to see the harvest that's already here. Help me to tell others about your mercy and love. Help me to be the hands and feet of Jesus in my community. And as I serve You, please let the way that I live inspire others to serve You too. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The great gift of salvation

God, thank You for the great gift of salvation! Thank You for the grace and mercy that You've given me. Thank You for sending Jesus to make it possible to have a relationship with You. Help me to live in the gratitude of my salvation each and every day. Show me ways that I can share this Good News with others in my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

A changed life

God, You are the great surgeon. Take my burdens, my sin, and my shame. Replace all my insecurities and anxieties with Your peace. Make my soul responsive to Your voice, and teach me to trust in Your faithfulness. Restore my joy, and give me strength for today and hope for tomorrow. Give me a heart that longs to obey Your voice. Led by the Spirit

God, thank You for giving me Your Spirit, and for making a way for me to keep in step with You. You are so kind to bless me with Your presence—I don’t want to take that for granted. So today, please teach me how to continue walking with You. Give me wisdom, boldness, and a sensitivity to Your guidance as I trust and follow You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
