Take up your cross

God, please show me what I'm withholding from You. I want to live fully surrendered. Teach me how to prioritize following You and loving others. No matter how difficult, I want to daily deny my self-focused desires, and seek You first. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Faith over fear

God, thank You for taking fear’s power and replacing it with gifts from Your Spirit: power, love, and self-control. I know that I will be afraid at times, but—because You are with me—I don’t have to keep living in fear. Please replace my doubts and fears with thoughts about what's good and true. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Seek the Lord

God, I want to seek You and know You! Help me to run from the things that are keeping me from You, and give me a desire for Your ways. Make me aware of opportunities to share Your love and grace with others—before it's too late. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Stay alert

God, I want to live my life for You, but I need Your help to stay alert throughout the day. Help me to be aware of the enemy's schemes, and also of Your presence and promptings. Help me to discern what is from You and what's not, so I can glorify You in all that I do. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Righteousness of God

God, thank You for Your sacrifice on the cross. You took what should have been my punishment upon Your Son. Thank You for grace and redemption. Help me to reflect those qualities to those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Stay alert

Lord, remind me to stay alert, be on guard, and continually look for You! Help me to steward Your entrusted gifts faithfully. Guide me to serve, pray, and care for others, keeping vigilant as I await Your return. Amen.

God never gives up

God, it’s easy to get distracted; for my attention to shift away from You. Forgive me when I wander down a path that's far from Your plan for me. When I'm tempted, please show me the way back. Remind me that Your grace is available because Your Son took on the weight of my mistakes as a perfect sacrifice. Thank You for never giving up on me! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God's love

Jesus, Your capacity for love is extraordinary. You humbled Yourself, facing a humiliating death because of Your great love for Your Father and the world. As I reflect on Your sacrifice, help me to never take it for granted. Make me eager to model Your sacrificial love and forgiveness to others. Amen.

Let your light shine

God, show me how I can shine for You. Let my life be bold and bright as I share You with those around me. Give me the courage and awareness to stand for You even when things seem dark. Thank You for being our perfect example and the Light of the World! In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Transform our lives Lord

God, I want to represent You well! Please help me to love people the way You love me. Thank You for meeting me exactly where I am. Replace any selfishness inside of me with a heart that wants to know and serve You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Name above all names

Jesus, we know that You are the only way to eternal life. Salvation is possible only because of Your grace, mercy, and love for us. There is no one else like You. Help us to focus our attention on You, and not allow distractions to overtake and discourage us from what You offer. Show us opportunities to proclaim Your name to others! Amen.

Faith by hearing

God, thank You for the Good News of Jesus. Help me remember how near and compassionate You are. Give me courage to love others out loud, so that my words and actions reflect Your heart. Lead me to someone who needs to hear Your hope today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Grateful for salvation

God, I am so grateful for the good news of Jesus and my eternal relationship with You. Help me each day to share Your Word with those around me so they can experience Your love. Help me to live a life that honors You and inspires others to love You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Make disciples

God, I am Your disciple. Please teach me how to live a life that reflects who You are. As I grow in my faith, provide me with a community where we can teach and support one another. Help us to live out Jesus’ model for living well. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

He has risen

Jesus, thank You for making a way for us to have eternal life with You. Because of Your mercy and grace, I never have to be separated from You. Because You rose from the dead, I can experience Your presence forever! Help me to celebrate this life-changing gift not just on Easter Sunday—but every day. You are risen! Amen.

Jesus laid down His life

Jesus, thank You for laying down Your life for me. On this quiet day, teach me to love like You, even when I don’t see immediate fruit. Give me courage to serve, bless, and speak hope so others can experience Your love for them. Amen.

Accept God's free gift

Jesus, thank You for becoming “God with us.” Thank You for taking the brokenness of the world off of our shoulders. It’s because of Your selfless sacrifice that I can now experience eternal life with You. Today, I receive Your free gift of salvation, and I invite You to heal me. I want to spend the rest of my life becoming more like You. Amen.

Choose Jesus

Lord Jesus, in a world that still chooses Barabbas over You, steady our hearts. Give us courage to stand with You when the crowd goes another way. Teach us to love You with conviction, follow You with humility,  

and honor the sacrifice You made for us. Amen.

Fix your eyes

God, thank You for being the author and perfecter of my faith. I give my past troubles, my current pain, and my future thoughts to You. Keep my eyes focused on You, not on the distractions and worries of this world. In Jesus' name, Amen.
