KCRG - News - ISU Students Care More about Tuition Payments than Diversity
In this news story ISU President Greg Geoffroy says that this shows "students need more exposure to diversity issues." Maybe if they did not have to worry about having enough money to pay tuition they would be more interested in diversity issues. Just for the record, I think that getting them more exposure to diversity issues is a good thing. Getting them help with tuition would take their mind off of money and allow them to get more involved. It is just a matter of perspective.
