Confess

But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

1 John 1:9 NLT

God, thank You for the promise that if we confess our mistakes to You, You will forgive us. You are so good and kind to us. Today, I want to acknowledge that sometimes we all struggle with being honest about our mistakes. When that happens, please remind us of Your love, and draw our hearts toward You through forgiveness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
