Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love.
Jesus, thank You for Your perfect love. Because You are more than enough for me, I know I have nothing to fear. Thank You for reassuring me of Your love each day. I know my love is not perfect, and I sometimes make mistakes—but I know Your love for me does not depend on what I can do. Help me to love You and others better each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
