ABC News: Judge Strikes Down Ga. Ban on Gay Marriage
With 76% voting for this measure one would be hard pressed to believe that it will not make it back on the ballot in November reworded to meet the state's single subject rule.
The question I have is why was this not caught prior to the vote?
